Cancellation
To cancel, send a message through the contact form as early as possible. Any specific free-cancellation deadline will be stated in the appointment confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a distance contract, it may be exercised within the legal period. If you request performance before that period expires, you may owe the proportion already supplied; after full performance, the right may be lost following express consent and acknowledgement.
Refunds
Where a payment was made and a refund is due, it will be returned using the agreed payment method within the applicable legal period.
